The Davenport Civil Rights Commission is an administrative agency created by Chapter 2.58 of the Davenport Municipal Code for the purpose of enforcing the Davenport Civil Rights Ordinance.
The mission of the Davenport Civil Rights Commission is to secure for all individuals within our City freedom from discrimination because of race, color, religion, creed, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin or ancestry, age, mental or physical disability, marital status and familial status in the areas of employment, education, housing, public accommodation and credit.
